SCHEDULE AUDIT

  1. Login as Management Appointee and go to Internal / External Audit | Schedule Audit screen. (Image 1)
  2. Edit a particular plan to add “Auditee”, “Lead Auditor”, “Internal Auditor” and “Guide”.
  3. A pop up will be opened when you click the Auditee button, where you can add/remove auditee. (Image 2)
  4. Click Submit button to save the plan. Once plan is saved the audit details will be displayed to respective auditor.

Note :

  • An employee who is belong to the particular function, will be selected as auditee for the same function (Example : If an user belongs to electrical function then he/she will be selected as an auditee for electrical function only).
