Training Management

Objective:Training Management is a system to organize training delivery, curriculum, individual records and communication in the system.

Below steps to be followed to manage training in a plant:

  1. Training Plan : Create an annual training plan for a specific subject.
  2. Send Nomination : Send nomination to the HOD / Section Head to add participant.
  3. Add Participant : HOD / Section Head will add participants from their own functions.
  4. Conduct Scheduled Training : Training shall be conducted for each subject, which is planned and scheduled by Plant EHS Head, Plant EHS Manager and Plant EHS Team.

Note :

  • Plant EHS Head, Plant EHS Manager and Plant EHS Team will plan for the Training session.
  • Trainer, Facilitator, Initiator will conduct training.

PLAN TRAINING

  1. Login as Plant EHS Head, Plant EHS Manager and Plant EHS Team and go to Training Management | Training Planner screen. (Image 1)
  2. Select Year, Enter Plant.
  3. Select “Training” and select month in which training will be conducted.
  4. Click “Submit” button to save and create plan.

Note :

  • Plant EHS Head, Plant EHS Manager and Plant EHS Team will plan for the Training session.
  • Trainer, Facilitator, Initiator will conduct training.
