EHS Inspection (Theme Based)

Objective: Safety drives (Theme based inspections) are based on checkpoints where relevant equipment/inventory/tools are inspected against checkpoints on different locations. It allows user to plan and conduct scheduled theme based EHS Inspection driven by location specific checklist & recommend Action Items in the system.

Below steps to be followed to complete a EHS Inspection report:

  1. Create EHS inspection plan : Create an annual location specific EHS inspection plan with site inspector(s) identified.
  2. Conduct scheduled EHS inspection : Inspection shall be conducted against location (EHS Inspection), which can be planned and scheduled by Plant EHS Head.

Note :

  • Plant EHS Head will plan for the EHS inspection.
  • Any of the power can conduct EHS inspection.

PLAN EHS INSPECTION & IDENTIFY SITE INSPECTOR

  1. Login as Plant EHS Head and go to EHS Inspection | EHS Inspection Planner screen. (Image 1)
  2. Select Year, Enter Plant.
  3. Select “Inspection Type” and select Frequency as monthly, quarterly or yearly.
  4. Add Team Members, Equipment which need to be inspected and select week in the month as per the plan required, then save the plan.
  5. Click “Submit” button to save and create plan. The task will be displayed to the Team Member(s) selected for a particular inspection plan.

Note :

  • Only Plant EHS Head, Plant EHS Team and Plant EHS Manager can be selected as team member.
  • Multiple task will be displayed to the inspector if he/she is selected for multiple location and frequency.
